This kit has all the parts you need to completely recondition your Bendix style power
cylinder. This kit is all you need to seal all areas of the cylinder against
dirt and water. This kit is made up of quality pieces and contains parts not included in most other rebuild kits. Included in this master kit are: |
• Complete cylinder rod seal kit, including original-style double seals and spacer washer • Swivel Stud Angle Boot with correct crimp-type metal clamp like original • Acchordion Stretch Boot with correct crimp-type metal clamp • Frame Bracket Bushing Mount kit which includes a new bushing spacer to prevent over-tightening and rod end damage. Most boot kits do not come with this part • New 5/16" hose tube seats. Most kits do not include these important parts • Two pages of complete illustrated instructions. Most kits have only a poor diagram and minimum explanation. The instructions in our kit are written by a professional rebuilder and were put together with the home mechanic in mind. They cover the removal, disassembly, cleaning, inspection and reassembly of the cylinder. They are better instructions than any magazine article or even a Ford shop manual |
